The location was perfect, right in the center of Florence and close to the tram station. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast served in our room every morning was outstanding, consisting of a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and grilled sandwiches. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate our family and provide excellent service. We would definitely come back here!
My children wanted more family-friendly activities or amenities, such as a play area or a pool.

I recently stayed at Am Collection in Florence for 3 nights and it was perfect. Alberto, the host, was incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, situated between the train station and the old town. The room was beautifully furnished, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered homemade cakes. Alberto even allowed us to use the room on our departure day and helped us with our train ticket. it was a cozy and memorable experience that I highly recommend.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Stayed somewhere exclusive, enjoyed a traditional Tuscan vibe. The nearby tram saved me from dragging my bags around. Great location, near attractions. Loved the shared lounge and free WiFi.
Oh, how delightful it was to hear every single conversation in the reception area from my paper-thin door! So entertaining!

Had a unique atmosphere, free WiFi, and a shared lounge where I could pretend to be fancy. The location was great, close to everything. The free continental breakfast was nice, even though they didn't serve eggs and bacon.
No elevator, but who needs it when you can climb stairs while carrying all your luggage? Such a fun workout!

The value for money at the Am Collection was fantastic. The room was comfortable and filled with interesting paintings. The location was perfect, with a lively street and a beautiful piazza nearby. The staff, especially Alberto, was friendly and helpful, providing great sightseeing suggestions and even giving us a bottle of Tuscan wine upon arrival.
The food for breakfast could have been improved slightly.

The room at Am Collection Florence was amazing! The parquet floors and classic-style decor gave it a cozy and charming feel. With free WiFi and air conditioning, I was able to stay connected and comfortable throughout my stay. The beautiful hand-painted Italian ceramics in the bathroom added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. The flat-screen TV and minibar in the double room were a nice bonus, and the free toiletries and hair dryer were much appreciated.
Honestly, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the bathroom. It's just my personal opinion though, and others might still find it enjoyable.
